STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All equipment and materials remain the property of Showcorp 2008 Pty Ltd and their suppliers. This quotation does not include any venue hire costs, guest catering, power supplies or connections, artist/ entertainers stage equipment requirements, crew show meal and any equipment or service not listed within this quotation. The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment.
It is a condition of your acceptance of this quotation that you shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless this company from and against each claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, cost, expense or liability whatsoever incurred or suffered by or bought or made or recovered against this company to the extant that the same arises or is connected with any and all actions by your company, its representatives, partners or agents and any and all of its third party contractors or suppliers. Furthermore, we recommend that all contractors, riggers, staging and roofing companies be required to hold full and comprehensive insurance and it is in your best interests to have sight of such policies from the commencement of the event. Upon the commencement by this company to provide services as detailed in this quotation it shall be acknowledged (unless written notice to the contrary is received by this company) that you accept the liability and condition set out above. Any offer contained within this quotation does not constitute a contract until deposit has been received and cashed.
1. Terms of Payment
50% deposit (on confirmation of contract)
25% progress payment due on commencement (bump-in)
Balance payable within 21 days of completion (bump-out)
Use of AMEX will incur a 3% surcharge
2. Crew Working Hours Guidelines
Crew hour quotes are an estimate only.
Staff/Crew may only be rostered for 14 working hours within a 24 hour period.
At the end of the last shift in a 24 hour period staff must have a 10 hour break.
Staff will be given two 24 hour breaks within the 7 day working week.
Where a setup occurs between the hours of midnight and 4am the set up crew must be different to the operating crew.
All staff will be rostered to take a break of 1/2 hour in duration after working 5 hours.
