Set amongst the Hunter Valley vineyards, this stand alone venue offers state-of-the-art technical facilities and is complemented by the surrounds of a luxury resort. Adestination which offers a variety of options such as teamwork on the panoramic 18-hole championship golf course or a massage at The Golden Door Resort Spa.

Function and Meeting facilities

Cypress Lakes Resort’s Convention Centre has the capacity to cater for up to 400 delegates theatre style, or 280 guest banquet style. The complex has the capability to divide into four smaller rooms of equal size, with a maximum capacity theatre style of 90 delegates each.

All rooms feature natural lighting and lead onto a covered verandah, which encompasses the entire complex. In addition to a ceiling height of four metres, the complex has direct vehicle access into the room, three-phase power and ISDN video conferencing lines.

The convention complex is complemented by a stand alone Marquee, surrounding manicured lawns, a lagoon pool and sweeping views over the championship golf course and local vineyards.
